Description:
SR-2122 is a solvent-free, two-component silicone thermal adhesive that cures at room temperature. Once cured, it forms an elastomer with good thermal conductivity. It provides high-strength bonding for various substrates including PET, aluminum-plastic films, aluminum, and ceramics. The adhesive exhibits excellent mechanical strength, aging resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance.

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the bonding surfaces are clean and free of oil or other contaminants.

2. Application: Dispense the adhesive using the provided mixing nozzle onto the areas to be bonded. If possible, apply slight pressure and use fixture tools to hold parts in place.

3. Curing: Place the bonded assembly at room temperature. After 5 hours (depending on actual temperature), the adhesive reaches 70–80% of its final strength.

4. Curing Speed: The curing rate depends on the ambient room temperature.

5. Storage after Use: Close the container immediately after use.

6. Cold Temperature Handling: If the temperature is below 20°C, allow the adhesive to return to room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.

Precautions:

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not pour unused adhesive back into the original container to avoid contamination.

• Contains organic amines, which may irritate skin, mucous membranes, and eyes.

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses) during handling.
