Product Features:
Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive (PUR) is solid at room temperature and must be melted by heating before dispensing. It is a single-component, solvent-free hot melt structural adhesive that achieves high initial bonding strength through physical solidification. Subsequently, moisture from the environment (substrate or air) triggers a chemical crosslinking reaction, converting the adhesive into an elastomer. After curing, it provides stronger bonding strength and exhibits excellent moisture resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. It combines the environmental friendliness and rapid bonding of hot melt adhesives, the high strength of reactive adhesives, the elasticity of polyurethane adhesives, and performance under high and low temperatures. Due to its high reactivity and excellent adhesion to various substrates, it is highly versatile.

Pretreatment:

（1）Preheat the adhesive at 120–130?°C for 20–30 minutes.

（2）Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of oil or grease.

（3）Recommended dispensing temperature: 130?°C; air pressure: 2–6?bar; nozzle size: #19–23. Higher temperature and air pressure increase dispensing volume. Purge 25?px of adhesive before dispensing.

（4）The adhesive has slight pressure-sensitive properties, providing a relatively long assembly time.

Cleaning:
（1）After dispensing, allow the adhesive to cool to room temperature before removing excess material from the edges.

（2）Any uncured residue can be removed with a blade.

（3）When wiping the dispensing area, ordinary cleaning solvents (e.g., toluene, acetone) can be used. Residue should be cleaned before the adhesive cures.

Precautions:

（1）Do not repeatedly heat the adhesive. Once opened, it should be used within 48 hours. Total heating time should not exceed 48 hours.

（2）The working temperature should not exceed 140?°C.

（3）Take care to avoid burns.

Storage and Shelf Life:

（1）Store the product in vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags in a dry environment at 15–25?°C.

（2）The shelf life of unopened product is 6 months.
