The coating adhesive, also known as conformal coating or 3C coating, is a low-viscosity flowing fluid at room temperature. This product is available in two types: UV-curable or moisture-curable. At room temperature, the adhesive cures through UV irradiation or moisture reaction, crosslinking to form a tough, dry surface. After curing, it provides excellent high and low temperature resistance, weatherability, electrical insulation properties, and outstanding 3C protection performance (moisture-proof, salt spray-proof, mildew-proof). It offers environmental and mechanical protection for printed circuit boards (PCBs) working in harsh environments.
Application scope
Applications:
Primarily used for coating protection of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).
