F18C is a lubricant containing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid particles, which provides both lubrication and cleaning effects. After the solvent evaporates, the surface layer consists of PTFE particles, offering extremely low friction, dust resistance, and excellent lubrication and cushioning properties. It can be used over a wide operating temperature range and is suitable for hard-to-lubricate equipment under extreme conditions, extending lubrication cycles while providing comprehensive protection.

The dry film lubricant can penetrate and adhere to surfaces of metals, paper, wood, rubber, plastics, glass, and most other components requiring lubrication, forming a non-sticky lubricating film that prevents direct contact between friction surfaces, thereby reducing wear.

Precautions:

• Contains solvents: ensure adequate ventilation

• Wash hands before eating or smoking after use

• Wash hands thoroughly after handling

Application Methods:

• Brush coating

• Dip or adhesion coating
